How do I get started?
Send us your current site, or tell us you don’t have one. We look at it, recommend a size, and send a fixed written quote listing every page, the revision rounds and what isn’t included. Once you approve it, you get a short checklist of what we need from you.
What’s included?
Every site is built for phones first, with an enquiry form and the page titles and structure Google reads. A Launch Website is one scrolling page with up to five sections. A Business Website has up to five pages, forms, WhatsApp, SEO foundations and basic analytics. A Growth Website has up to ten pages with enhanced conversion design and one standard booking or lead-system integration. E-commerce and custom platforms are scoped in writing.
How quickly can my website be ready?
We’ll confirm your project timeline after reviewing your requirements. For larger projects, we’ll agree a clear schedule with you before work begins. Sending your words and photos on time is what keeps a build on schedule.
How do revisions work?
Each size has a set number of rounds: one on a Launch Website, two on a Business Website and two on a Growth Website. E-commerce and custom builds set them in the quote. You send one set of joined-up feedback per round, and we make the changes. Anything new beyond the scope is quoted before we start it.
How much does a small business website cost?
Each size has a fixed price for its stated scope; e-commerce and custom builds start from a stated figure and are confirmed in a written quote. Anything outside the scope is quoted before we do it. See what moves the price or compare the options.
Do you look after my site after launch?
Yes. After launch you can take a care plan for hosting, updates, backups, monitoring and small edits, or we hand the site over to you.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Start with a Launch Website and add pages as you grow, each one quoted first. You can add a care plan or local SEO whenever the site is ready for it.
Can I edit the website myself?
Small changes are made for you through a care plan or as a Small Website Fix. If you want to edit the site yourself, tell us at the start and we’ll include it in the scope.
Who owns the website and the domain?
You do. The domain is registered in your name, and your words, photos and logo stay yours. If you move on, we hand over your content and help move the site.
Do you work outside the West Midlands?
Yes. We’re based in Smethwick and meet in person across the West Midlands. Everywhere else in the UK, calls and reviews happen by video.
